Why do I do these things to myself?

I signed up for the free 15 day trial on the new pan-European Ragnarok Online server. Even with download manager splitting the file into eight handy chunks, the client is still going to take a full day to download. I lose a day... grr... Mind you, this is nothing to the fortnight I have a feeling will be swallowed up when I actually do get to play it! Mind you, still not sure if I'll shell out to play if I do end up getting into it... £20 for three months isn't too bad, but I'm not exactly flush at the minute... I can't complain though, it's not as though I work hard... or at all, actually... all I have to do for money is be ill...

You can just hear the sarcasm, can't you? I actually would like to get a part-time job, and not just for the money either, although that would be good ;) Something to get me out - of the house and myself...

Well, that's another step to aim for :)

In the meantime, I'll just be happy when this bloody thing downloads... 91% to go...

Open ended offer - if you ever need anything chunky downloaded that can be burned to CD - just shout - please. May as well get my bloody money's worth out of BT! I don't download too much, and I pay a fixed fee, so just holler :)

overhere they've got jobs for "vulnerable" people. Christ, what a horrid way to describe it. But there's things like... helping out people with a handicap, or old ladies and taking care of kids for a "decent" wage. As long as you've been unemployed this long or get these kinds of benefits.
Not to mention the jobs in the big chain of secondhand shops.. but then you're colleagues will likely be ex-cons and things like that. Not that that is that much of an issue, but hey.
If I had money (and a job....), I'd hire you as my personal assistant :-)
