He gets a couple of really good speeches... I thought it was a shame the big subplot (of which he was a big part) was cut completely. If you can get hold of a download of the deleted scenes, you really should :)

Technically Richard E. Grant played a Tenth Doctor before David Tennant did, in Doctor Who and the Curse of Fatal Death.

It was done in 1999 for Comic Relief. And Richard E. Grant licks the mirror when he sees himself.

Haha, I'd love to see more female Time Lords! I've never seen anything with Romana in.
