Sanity update, and NewWho

littlemooseThe builders are almost finished. They've gone for the weekend, and should be done by Wednesday at the latest. It's going to take ages to put the house to rights (the decoration grant from the council - sort of compensation for them wrecking everything! - will help a bit, but...) but it's beginning to feel a bit more like our house again, so that's something at least.
On to the evening's entertainment... So, Donna. I'm a little worried about the way they bashed us over the head with the fact that she's not interested in the 'big long streak of alien nothing', but at least it seemed like she meant it... I like her, I really like her. Donna's the first time I've not found Catherine Tate annoying since she turned up in A Murder is Announced as the disturbed Polish maid. I think she'll be good for the Doctor, I think she'll stand up to him, which...you know, Ten could do with sometimes.

mad_lemming_89 will be extremely relieved that the Adipose babies turned out to not be evil themselves ;)
But my goodness me: Rose. Already, Rusty? Hmmm. (Dad and I looked at each other and went 'Other world Torchwood')
And did anyone else think the bee thing is going to turn out to be part of this season's arc?
